With the amendment in 2009, the system has become more user-friendly, allowing for the incorporation of companies after the completion of research and development, facilitating the smooth commercialization of research results. In the future, it is expected to be widely utilized by large corporations, small and medium-sized ventures, universities, and public research institutions.
